Shipping Policy

At TrustTap, we work to prepare and ship your order as quickly as possible. Below, you will find our estimated processing and delivery times.

Order Processing

All orders require 1 to 3 business days for processing before they are shipped.

Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information, when available.

Estimated Delivery Times

After the processing period, estimated shipping times are:

• United States: 6 to 12 business days.

• Mexico: 10 to 15 business days.

These timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, shipping carrier, demand, weather conditions, customs inspections, or circumstances beyond TrustTap’s control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number or tracking link. Tracking information may take between 24 and 72 hours to update in the carrier’s system.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has been processed or shipped.

TrustTap is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses or by the recipient’s absence.

Delays

During periods of high demand, public holidays, or exceptional circumstances, orders may experience additional delays. If your order significantly exceeds the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us so that we can help review its status.

Orders Marked as Delivered

If your tracking information shows that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please check with family members, neighbors, your building’s front desk, or any secure areas around the delivery address. We also recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.
